The hotel was stunningly beautiful. Its staff was amicable and kind. Really enjoyed the king room with a big bathroom. the location in the middle of Jackson was absolutely perfect. the breakfast offered lots of fine meals.

the staff is amicable here, the services are great, and location is unbeatable near to the main square, a castle and the church and the main square. a king room with big bathroom has basic facilities you need.

The room was extremely spacious and cozy and we really enjoyed out nice bed. Multi-channel TV, a writing table, and ironing facilities worked well.

Very comfortable overall experience. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Big and cozy room with a large bathroom. Free parking on site. Very central location, minutes away from a church and a castle.

I had a really comfortable stay and would want to stay there again. Everything there was perfectly fine. the staff were helpful and affable. Had good sleep at the triple room with big bathroom. An ironing set, a work desk, and a couch bed turned out to be good.

The location was very central, just minutes away from the church and the main square. The hotel had free parking on site which was convenient for us as business travelers. The building itself was beautiful and had an unique vibe, almost like a castle. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well-maintained. We loved the ceiling windows that offered a view of the trees outside. The room had all the necessary amenities including complimentary toiletries, a closet, a big sofa, a big TV, and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the simple but good breakfast that was served the next day.
Felt lucky, no reason to complain.

Enjoyed a massage and free Wi-Fi, engaged in various activities, had a meal at the restaurant, and received helpful assistance from the front desk staff. Lądek-Zdrój is 38 km away.
Just loved how dark it was at night and the motion-detection lights everywhere. So cozy and inviting!
